Application of RPR Slewing Drive Gearbox

CCMS Co., Ltd. is a company that exports and produces various precision machining castings and mechanical parts. Our machined castings include investment (lost wax casting), sand casting, and die casting.
We have accumulated rich experience in casting, processing, and manufacturing gathered a group of skilled workers and experienced engineers, and have a high engineering level. Our annual production capacity exceeds 4000 metric tons.
We have the most advanced testing equipment, such as a spectrum analyzer, tensile strength tester, impact value tester, hardness tester, magnetic particle flaw detector, sand blasting machine, and heat treatment equipment, for testing the chemical composition of rubber materials. In addition, the precision machining workshop has very advanced equipment: 23 CNC lathes, ten vertical CNC boring and milling centers imported from Korea, one horizontal boring and milling machine, two ordinary milling machines, one grinder, ten drilling machines and taps, two semi-automatic saws, one coordinate measuring machine, one projector, one processing surface quality testing machine, and one mahr altimeter. The tolerance of our products can be controlled below 0.01mm. The accuracy of the testing machine is within 0.005mm. ISO9000 has been implemented. Raw materials include waxless castings and forgings of steel, alloy steel, and ductile iron. All parts will be tested for material chemical composition, strength, and elongation. 80% of our products are exported to North America and European countries. The products apply to hydraulic cylinders, truck brakes, and engines, such as truck hydraulic cylinder ends, connecting rods, pistons, connecting rods, oil valves, oil seals, rubber seals, and brake valves. At present, we are providing truck brake parts for PAC brakes. Some of our main customers are Hunter engineering, Rocore, globe, tiger, tribal, fusion, Emerson, etc.
