1. The cone sleeve pulley must be cleaned with gasoline for the first time before and after assembly to ensure that the parts are clean and dry, the mating surface is closely matched, there is no oil stain, and there is enough friction.
2. Before assembling hexagon socket head bolts, they should be cleaned and wiped with gasoline. Do not apply lubricating oil or grease on the bolt or screw hole to ensure that the bolt has sufficient friction and self-locking capacity after tightening.
3. When installing the three hexagonal socket bolts, tighten them in sequence to ensure that the conical sleeve receives uniform axial force and the pulley and conical sleeve are well placed on the same axis.
4. Before installation, check and measure the length of the hexagon socket head bolt for assembly to ensure that the assembly bolt can bear the bottom of the blind hole of the conical sleeve after being tightened to ensure that the conical surface is closely matched, and ensure that the bolt is subject to reverse thrust at the bottom of the blind hole, to achieve double locking effect, the same as the nut.
5. After the conical sleeve pulley is tightened, check and adjust the relative positions of the primary pulley and driven pulley by pulling a wire to ensure that the two pulleys are on the same plane and the belt tension is moderate.
6. The pulley cover shall be intact and firmly installed to ensure that the belt is broken or the pulley is loose or pulled out during operation, resulting in significant safety accidents.
7. After years of long-term operation of mechanical equipment, check the condition of possibly damaged inner holes and chain grooves regularly. If any defect is found, the spare parts shall be replaced in time.
