                                            Stainless Steel Double-Row Top Roller Chains

Double row top roller chains with top rollers (top roller chains) are usually used for cumulative free flow conveyors. The top roller chain is based on a standard chain with extended side plates (SK-1 accessories). The top roller is mounted on the pin connecting the SK-1 expansion board. Each chain link or each second chain link is provided with a steel or engineering plastic top roller chain. The pallets with conveying objects are mounted on the upper rollers.
There are three types of essential chains:
(1) Double pitch roller chain with standard rollers (straight side plates, small rollers).
(2) Double pitch roller chain with a super large roller (straight side plate, super large roller).
(3) RS type (Fig. 8 side plate and small roller; no super roller is provided).
