Ordinary spinning

Thinned spinning
The spinning forming process in which the blank shape and wall thickness change simultaneously is called light spinning, also called vigorous spinning. The difference between lean and ordinary spinning is that light spinning belongs to block forming. In the deformation process, the wall thickness mainly decreases while the blank volume remains unchanged. The spindle size ultimately determines the shape of the finished product, and the precision of the finished product size depends on the reasonable matching of the process parameters.
