Stainless steel double-pitch hollow pin chain
The hollow pin chain is made of the cold-forged solid bushing. This process ensures that the inner diameter of the bushing is always cylindrical. This unique hollow pin feature allows easy insertion of the crossbar without damaging the chain or rod. The hollow pin chain runs on a standard sprocket and a standard double-pitch sprocket. For the food handling conveyor, the hollow pin chain has ANSI standard short pitch series (40HP-80HP), double pitch series, standard roller (C2040HP-C2080HP), and large roller (C2042HP-C2082HP). Attachments or crossbars can be inserted at any desired spacing, which provides great design versatility. The chain can be changed without removing it from the conveyor.
