What is the limit switch box
A limit switch box is a device used to detect the position of moving objects. It is typically used in industrial environments to control the movement of machinery and equipment.
The limit switch box consists of a casing, a switch, and a control lever. The shell is usually made of metal or plastic to protect the button from damage. Controllers are usually reed switches or microswitches used to detect the position of the lever. Levers are usually made of metal or plastic and connected to moving objects.
When the moving object reaches the predetermined position, the joystick will move and activate the switch. Then, the switch will send a signal to the control system, which will take appropriate action.

Installation instructions
1) Assembly and installation bracket (2)
Install the bracket onto the pneumatic actuator.
Secure the mounting bracket to the actuator (4) with bolts.
2) Install limit switch box (1)
Insert the shaft of the limit switch box correctly
Drive groove on the actuator drive shaft
(3) Secure with mounting bolts (7).
3) Remove the cover (5)
Use a tool to rotate the fixing cover bolts (6) until
Loosen and then remove the wiring cover

Distribution cable wiring (note: the wiring diagram is inside the enclosure)

3. Thread the cable through the wire lock and fix the wire head on the wiring board, as shown in the wiring diagram

4. Rotate the outer sleeve of the wire lock to make the inner diameter of the sealing ring close to the sheath
Lock the cable.
5. Unused cable entries must be blocked;

1. Move the valve to the closed position and adjust the upper cam so that the "close" switch has a signal output.
2. Move the valve to the open position and adjust the lower cam so that the "ON" switch has a signal output.
3. Run the valve switch several times to confirm the accuracy and reliability of the limit switch signal.
*Please remember that incorrect cam position settings will result in no signal output.
Reinstall the cover
*Carefully secure the switch box cover and do not damage the O-ring.
*Check the position indicator.
*Operate the actuator to the fully open/fully closed position and check
*Position indicator.
*If the position indicator is not properly aligned with the cover
*Align in the correct direction, then install the cover and tighten the screws on the cover.
