Product Description

Constant force combination chain is widely used in cement, paper and pulp, quarrying, and mining industries, and is used to lift and transport various abrasive and non-abrasive materials. It also has many applications in general industrial assembly conveyors. Not recommended for drive chains.
The structure of the combined chain can be made of cotton or riveted. Cotton wool is usually regarded as standard. The pin has a flat area at its end and is locked in a properly stamped sidebar to prevent pin rotation during chain operation. Pitch dimensions range from 1.631 to 6.050 inches; The tensile strength range extends from 12150 pounds to 67500 pounds. With the exception of C55 and C55L, all combination block connecting rods have elliptical barrels. This adds extra metal at the place where the sprocket contacts the chain and causes the chain to wear.
MBP 132C has a cavity filled with grease, which lubricates the pin to help prevent the joint from freezing and prevent corrosive and abrasive materials from entering the rod core.

The combined connecting rod is symmetrical, so it can be operated in any direction of travel.
Brutally and cast steel sprockets can be used for each pitch size.
