Welded Steel drag chains provide efficient and economical service in various applications, including chip & sawdust conveyors, lumber mills, feed handling, heavy-duty conveyors, and the pulp & paper industry. They are designed for severe abrasive environments and are available in a variety of pitch sizes & specifications to fit your requirements.
This series of welded steel drag chains are designed to withstand extremely high breaking loads and tough abrasive environments. They feature an extra heavy-duty round barrel, through & induction hardened rivets & through hardened side bars for increased strength & working loads and longer life.
This welded steel drag chain is designed for two-way operations with harsh operating conditions. It incorporates a formed barrel of heavy wall seamless tubing and a thorough & induction-hardened 1" rivet. This helps eliminate crushed/peeled barrels and racking & reduces wear. These chains also increase conveyor speeds & move heavier loads with less downtime, and they come with heat-treated sidebars & barrels.
XHD drag chains offer an increased pitch size & thicker rivets for ultimate strength & working load capacity, and higher sidebars to help prevent deformation. They also feature an originally formed barrel design that provides complete rivet-to-barrel contact for maximum rivet wear, ease of attachment welding & option of through & induction hardening specific parts.
CAN-AM's bolt n go welded drag chains provide efficient service in various applications. They are recommended for most conveying, driving & elevating applications where a rollerless chain is needed and will run on the same sprockets as their cast chain counterparts.
This welded steel drag chain features a full round barrel on selected models. It is double the industry standard allowing a larger bearing area and preventing wear. The pin-to-barrel tolerance is much tighter than the industry standard, which increases the life of the chain.
This welded steel drag chain is ideal for various applications such as forest products, grain handling, heavy-duty conveyors, the pulp and paper industry, sugar processing, and more. It featured a heavy-duty seamless, heavy-wall cast alloy 8630M quenched and tempered to 350-380BHN with fully heat-treated sidebars. These welded steel drag chains are a preferred choice for many conveyor applications due to their superior performance and long service life.
