Our explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are a new generation of explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors developed based on our company's own design and manufacturing advantages. They comply with GB 3836.1 "Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: General Requirements" and GB 3836.2 "Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures d'". Currently, the company has obtained explosion-proof certificates, 3C certificates, and explosion-proof electrical equipment maintenance capability certifications for YBBP, YBX3, YBX4, and YBX5 models. Among them, YBBP, YBX3, and YBX4 have obtained ExdBT4 Gb explosion-proof certificates with a center height of H112-H355, and YBX5 has obtained ExdBT4 Gb explosion-proof certificates with a center height of H63-H355. Their energy efficiency levels meet the first-level energy efficiency standard in the national standard GB/T 18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", placing them in a leading position in China.

Explosion-proof certification: The enclosure is manufactured according to TR CU 012/2011 "Safety Specifications for Equipment in Explosive Atmospheres". The motor contains no internal ignition device, protecting against external explosions, and bears the EAC Ex certification mark.

Rugged and durable for extreme environments: Constructed with a cast iron frame, corrosion-resistant components, and high-grade (F or H) insulation, it can withstand high temperatures, high humidity, conductive dust, and mechanical shock.

Superior performance: Featuring a high starting torque design, it overcomes the initial inertia of cranes and gantry cranes and can withstand frequent starts and stops and significant overloads.
