Model 400 3 Point Post Hole Digger for Compact/Sub-Compact 0 Tractors
Model 400 3 Point Post Hole Digger for Compact/Sub-Compact 0 Tractors digger
Product Description

Model 400 three-point pile digger is agricultural equipment used to dig holes for fence piles, road signs, or any other work requiring deep holes in the ground. It is specially designed to be connected to the rear of a tractor or similar vehicle to provide the necessary power for its operation. The 400 three-point rear hole excavator is composed of a heavy steel frame with a gearbox, which connects the auger of the excavator to the power output of the tractor. It has a three-point linkage which is connected to the hydraulic system of the tractor to raise and lower the excavator to the required position.
The auger is a helical drill bit that rotates as the tractor engine turns the PTO shaft. As the auger gets deeper and deeper, the rotation of the auger forms a hole in the ground. The 400 three-point back-hole excavator has different configurations and different auger sizes, depending on the operation requirements.
The use of 400 three-point backhoe excavators requires a skilled operator with experience in operating agricultural equipment. The operator must understand the terrain, soil type, and depth and width of the borehole required for the operation. In general, compared with manual excavation, the 400 three-point pile excavator is a reliable and effective tool, which can save a lot of time and energy.

Operating Instructions for 400 Three-point Drilling Machine
Warning:
Before assembling or operating this three-point drill, please read and thoroughly understand all instructions and safety information. Otherwise, serious injury or death may occur.
Step 1:
After connecting the pile excavator to the tractor, before turning on the power, slowly lower the auger to the ground at the required angle to dig a hole.
Step 2:
Engage the power take-off and start digging at low speed, and slowly lower the auger while digging the hole.
Step 3:
Increase the speed as the auger goes deep into the ground. The type of soil will determine the appropriate auger speed. Very hard or compacted soil may need to be operated at different speeds to achieve the highest efficiency of excavation.
When removing obstacles manually, do not let the tractor engine run.
If the rock or other obstacles encountered are too large to move the auger, the rear drilling excavator will start to vibrate. Slowly pull the auger completely out of the hole. Turn off the tractor power and remove obstacles manually. Slowly lower the auger into the hole and turn on the power to complete the hole.
Step 4:
When the required drilling depth is reached, the auger is rotated at high speed to remove the soil in the drilling hole. Reduce the speed before removing the auger from the hole.
Step 5:
After taking the auger out of the hole, separate the power take-off and move it to the next required hole position.
