P41.3K1 is an extremely durable and high-performance chain for a wide range of conveying applications. This heavy-duty, low-friction conveyor chain features a unique bush design to reduce pitch elongation and wear while providing a smoother and more efficient operation.
This bush is an integral part of the chain, receiving tension from the sprocket during engagement while also bearing the sprocket teeth. It also alleviates shock and wear from the teeth by forming a slip fit with the sprocket when articulated with the chain.
The bush is designed to rotate as the chain engages the sprocket and reduces running resistance. This translates into faster speeds, higher throughput and greater efficiency.
Suitable for use with sprockets up to 3.5 inches in diameter, this bush is ideal for heavy duty applications. It also helps prevent sprocket damage and increases sprocket life by protecting the teeth from corrosion.
Available in several different styles and sizes for a variety of applications. Whether it's for a standard slat conveyor or a more rugged design, USA Roller Chain and Sprockets has the right bush to meet your needs.
In addition to the standard bush, we offer an assortment of replacement parts for the sprocket and chain. These include bush sprockets, shaft rollers and other attachments to help you get the most out of your equipment.
We carry a large selection of sprockets, including the industry-standard X438. They are a durable and affordable option for most conveying applications.
Our sprockets are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and are designed for long, serviceable life. They are ideal for a variety of heavy-duty conveying applications such as food processing, pharmaceutical and automotive manufacturing.
All our sprockets are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects. We have the capability to produce custom sprockets, if necessary.
Sprockets for large size conveyor chains have a wider gap to minimize roller contact on the drive and return sides. This allows for easier sprocket engagement with the conveyor rollers and provides more chain flexibility when designing your chain.
There are two main types of attachments for large size conveyor chains: S and K. S type sprockets have a slightly wider gap than K type sprockets, reducing roller contact on the drive and return sides. These sprockets are a great choice for standard slat conveyors, as well as rough operating conditions and heavy-duty applications such as in the mining and oil & gas industries.
