8C series 8-groove QD bushing pulley is used for C, CX, belt, and CC v-belt; Their diameters range from 8.40 inches to 50.40 inches. Depending on the pulley size, they use E, F, J, or M QD (quick disassembly) bushings, which we also have in stock. Most of our 8C QD pulleys are high-strength Grade 35 cast iron, phosphate coated, and coated with anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure the machine's smooth operation.

This traditional QD pulley with A/B belt section is made of 30 gray cast iron with eight grooves. It is a classic V-belt pulley, which applies to various widely used traditional V-belts and many existing power transmission devices. The pulley is made of Grade 30 gray cast iron, with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance. It has an A/B cross-section and eight grooves, which can be used for multiple belts. V-pulleys (pulleys) are used for various mechanical and electronic drives, including HVAC equipment, agricultural machinery, food processing equipment, and household appliances.
The V-belt pulley (pulley) is a component of the power transmission device, which is used to transmit power to the belt. Prevent friction damage

Polyurethane belts can be used to protect V-belts from friction damage. The density and elastic coefficient of polyurethane tape are higher than rubber tape. They also have higher heat resistance than rubber.
