Hang steel jack
Hang steel jacks are commonly used in construction and industrial environments as equipment for lifting and supporting heavy objects. It usually consists of a steel frame or body with lifting mechanisms such as screws or hydraulic cylinders used to lift or lower loads. Suspended steel jacks are usually used to support the construction or maintenance of beams, columns, or structures.
The MJW-type steel jack has a simple structure, convenient operation, and stable and fast lifting. Compared with hydraulic jacks, there is no potential danger of load reduction due to oil leakage. Due to its mechanical structure used to lift the load, its safety factor is quite high. They are widely used in the installation and lifting operations of various equipment, such as construction facilities and river gates.
Before using this product, it must be firmly installed on a sturdy substrate. This jack cannot be used to support the load for a long time. If an accident occurs, please replace it with another bracket when lifting the load to the designated position.

There are two types of handles for you to choose from.
Standard handle operation: clockwise rotation for lifting, counterclockwise wheel for lowering.
Safe rotation handles operation:
1. Pull down the handle tube (4).
2. Operate the safety rotation handle (3) as shown in the figure:
Push the positioning pin to the right and turn the rotating handle clockwise. Then the jack rises.
Push the positioning pin to the left and rotate the handle counterclockwise. Then the jack lowers.
Rotate the handle without a load. When lifting the jack, there should be no obstruction and the gears should fit well.
Place the jack in the appropriate position and then lift the load. (with head or side plate)
Do not place anything between the jack and the load. Rotate the handle clockwise. (The positioning pin (1) must be pushed to the right before using the safety handle.) When the handle is under stress, stop rotating and check if the lifting is stable, tilted, and if the handle is locked (do not rotate in reverse).
Readjust the force point, and if any abnormalities occur, correct the errors. Rotate the handle clockwise to lift the load by approximately 1-2cm. Repeat the above checks to confirm safety, then lift the load to the required height. The weightlifting journey should not be very long.
When descending, slowly turn the rotating handle counterclockwise to reduce the load. (When operating the lever, please ensure that the positioning pin is pushed to the left, as shown in the above figure)
When not in use, lower the jack to the bottom and place it in a safe place to prevent injury.

Warning
1 The jack must be operated by proficient person.
2 the jack must be firmly mounted on the sturdy substrate before use.
3 Prohibit using this jack if there is nobody watching over.
4 Prohibit overloading in case of accidents.
5 Prohibit operating as being tilted in case of accidents.
6 Prohibit loading off centre in case of accidents.
7 Prohibit putting your hands or feet under the moveable parts of the jack.
8 Do not put anything between the jack and the load in case of accidents.
9 Make daily checking before using the jack. Prohibit using the jack if it is faulty or damaged.
10 The stroke of lifting heavy loads can't be too long.
11 When handle operating force is over 360 N, should stop using the product.
How to maintain mechanical suspension steel jacks?
1. Conduct daily inspections before using the jack. Rotate the rotation handle. The lifting of the jack is free of jamming, the gears are well engaged, and the ratchet is well locked.
2. It is prohibited to expose the steel jack. Moisture proof.
3. Check this steel jack every six months. Remove all parts (except for the rotating handle) and clean with diesel. Check the gear for wear, deformation, cracks, and other conditions (it is normal for the gear meshing surface to tilt due to the lateral load of the side tooth plate), and replace the faulty part in a timely manner. After inspection, lubricate the gears' mating surfaces, sliding parts, and shaft joints. Assemble the jack and perform an empty load inspection.
