Product Description

The CNC forming and grinding machine adopts FANUC's five/six axis three link control system; The gear grinding motion is completed by the linkage of a high rigidity and high torque torque motor (a-axis) and a linear motor (X-axis). The torque motor and linear motor simplify the transmission system, ensuring efficient forward and reverse continuous grinding while also ensuring machining accuracy; By using dual direct drive linear axis (X-axis and Z-axis) interpolation, combined with self-developed GPM modification software, various tooth profiles of diamond rollers can be adjusted online.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a high-power and high torque electric spindle to ensure grinding efficiency and quality.
This machine tool not only supports standard tooth profile machining, but also supports CAD tooth profile import function for special tooth profiles.

Applicable scope: Small tooth gears, oil pump gears, high-precision shaft gears, high-precision plug gauges, etc.
