V Belts are a trapezium shape section reinforced on the outer edge with a heat-set, pre-stretched Polyester cord. The Polyester cording carries high horsepower loads and minimises stretch which means the V Belt will require fewer take up adjustments.
SPZ1000 belt is manufactured in accordance with ISO 4184 standards and is made using a premium quality natural rubber with polyester cords that are housed with a premium cotton-polyester blended cover. What else sets our metric SPZ-1000 belt above others is the high-capacity and performance ratings as well as its superior oil and heat resistance while also having static dissipating properties. The outside diameter (pitch length) of the SPZ1000 v-belt is 1000mm, designated with the last digits in the part number.
