Flat top chain plate type
The standard flat-top chain is not bent and is suitable for linear conveying machines. However, in some workshops, the space is limited, so the conveyor line will be made L-shaped, U-shaped, or rectangular. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the machine to make the conveying smooth. Here, we can supply not only standard flat-top chains but also side-bend flat-top chains.
--Straight flat-top chain. The straight flat-top chain provides high loading capacity and a smooth surface in the straight conveyor. It is composed of several regular rectangular chain plates and high pins.
--Side bends flat top chain. The side-bending flat-top chain is suitable for bending machines, which may be L-shaped, U-shaped, or rectangular. The side-bending flat-top chain can ensure fast, stable, and stable delivery. There are two types of chain plates for side-bending flat-top chains: flat-edged chain plates and beveled chain plates.
--Flat edge chain plate. It combines a flat-edge chain plate and a hinge pin. The flat edge chain plate can complete the side bending conveying by increasing the clearance between the high pins. In this way, the adjacent chain plates can allow a certain turning angle to achieve smooth side bending conveying. The flat-edged chain plate can not only ensure smooth and stable side-bending transportation but also ensure the normal transportation of straight-line operation.
--Beveled chain plate. The chain plate is made of chain plates with symmetrical bevels. The beveled edge can eliminate the interference in the process of side bending conveying, and ensure stable and efficient conveying. In addition, there is no gap when used in the bending position. The angle of the inclined plate and the pin clearance determine the turning radius.
