A conveying station for a pair of sausage production machines is provided with a pair of sausage production machines capable of discharging sausage ropes through their discharge ends. A pair of spaced, elongated, substantially parallel horizontal conveyors, one end of each conveyor is adjacent to the discharge end of the machine, and the conveyor has adjacent sides. The conveyor has a continuous conveyor assembly adapted to rotate in a substantially horizontal plane to pick up and take away the sausage string discharged from each machine. A power drive for rotating the conveyor assembly in the first or second rotational direction is operatively connected to the conveyor assembly. The control element is located on the power drive device, and is used to rotate the conveyor assembly on one conveyor in the opposite direction to the conveyor assembly of the other conveyor, so as to convey the sausage rope of the two machines to the adjacent side of the conveyor, so that the operator between the conveyors can pay attention to the rope conveyed by the conveyor. The anti swing buffer is installed on the machine along one side of the conveyor assembly to suppress the swinging movement of the sausage rope on the conveyor assembly. The bracket for selectively installing the anti swing buffer is fixed along either side of the conveyor assembly.
